Great Lengths collects hair in individual bundles, each kept aligned and intact from the moment it is gathered.
This allows us to trace the hair back to each specific donor, an exceptionally complex process that very few in the industry are able to achieve.
While this level of traceability supports ethical sourcing, its primary purpose is quality control.
Hair that has been chemically treated or compromised cannot be allowed into the process. Even small inconsistencies can affect entire batches — impacting how the hair performs once it is worn.
By maintaining strict control at the point of collection, we ensure that only pristine, cuticle-intact hair moves forward.
