Delivery Options
Great Lengths Australia offers standard and express delivery across Australia and New Zealand. All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
Express delivery: 1–2 business days (metro areas)
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery method. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders — refer to checkout for current thresholds.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. For international enquiries please contact us.
Returns
Return Policy
Return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.
- Proof of purchase required.
- Opened or used hair extension products cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Sale items are final unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Contact us within 7 days with photos and a description. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return

Refunds
Processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
